May day celebration

The streets of major cities in Nigeria are crowded, as Nigeria join the rest of the work to celebrate may day.
May 1 been the workers day is celebrated all over the world, its the day workers shows their passion for the work they are doing.
Its usually celebrated in a central and open place and the day been declared a public holiday makes it glamourous

some workers takes it to be a resting day and as such takes out time to be with their families


As we celebrate it would be wise to recall on our recent downgraded system in major sector of our economy and proffer a way forward.
The security sector has risen a mojor concern in our country, the security of lives and properties has so been down graded that citizens has to sleep with one eye open especially in the north. Rarely six year back our security sector has been up and doing but currently is in shamble. We are in a country where the lives of its citizen means nothing any longer, every one sits on their oars and watch the islamic sect do whatever they want; distroy lives and properties and also public infrastructure and all we hear our government say is 'we condemn the bomb blast' without realy doing anything about the menace. Nigerians are tired of hearing the same news over and over again. I humbly ask the federal government to bring these persons to book.
Also in our border parts the security should be bracedup, Our law maintainance agencies should also be equiped and trained for a better way to deliver

The education sector should also be look into even if it is geting better, Thanks to Barr. Nyesom Wike, minister for state education. But the federal government should still put more effort in their strive to get a literate nigeria in 2020

The power sector is another sector that needs greater intervention from the government. Nigeria in its 52 years can celebrate 2days of steady power supply, its appalling.

In industrialisation and entreprenuership. So far is not been encouraging the sector should also be braced up to get a self dependent nigerians in the nearest future.

Nigerian Workers would be happy to come out in mass to celebrate when all these sector is functioning well
